What we collect

When you buy a dossier: your email address and the property address you asked about. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your report, provide support and refunds, and — only if you subscribed — send the newsletter. Every marketing email includes one-click unsubscribe. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth): no marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

Service providers who make the product work: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell personal information.

Storage & security

Data is stored with the providers above, protected by their security controls plus access restrictions on our side. We keep purchase records as required for tax and consumer-law purposes.

Access, correction & deletion

Email support@suburbdossier.com to access, correct or delete your personal information. We handle requests in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
